When will I get paid and what do I have to do?

If you do nothing your earnings will be deposited into your bank account automatically when paid by the company you work for. This all happens without any action on your part and at no cost to you. If you would like to get paid faster you can “cash out” through the Qwil app. Pay cycles vary by company.

The fee for any given cash out transaction is displayed in the cash out screen.

How come the amount available to cash out is less than my unpaid earnings?

The amount of available earnings to cash out will be net of any fees to Qwil. We also might not make all earnings available to cash out.

What happens if I don’t cash out all of my unpaid earnings?

If you cash out a portion of your unpaid earnings then the balance of your earnings will arrive in your account once paid by the company you work for. For example, if you earned $100 that would be paid in 2 weeks. You then cashed out $24 and paid a fee to Qwil of $1 on the same day. At the end of the 2 week period you would receive the balance of the $75 automatically and at no fee.

You only pay a fee to Qwil if you cash out unpaid earnings. You can wait for your company to pay you on its normal pay cycle and there is no cost to you whatsoever.
